Combining the modalities of yoga, Ayurveda and nutrition enables me to create a holistic individualised program specific to your health goals.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi I offer a range of practice options and yoga services, including community classes, private 1:1 classes and Yoga Therapy.

We use breath, movement and focus to bring regulation to the body and breath and foster a sense of calm and peace of mind.

The traditional wisdom of Ayurveda is centred on the concept of ‘food as medicine’, with modern science confirming it’s benefits.

In my approach I combine the best of the traditional wisdom, with modern science research to provide an evidence-based approach. All tailored to your individual needs.

Lifestyle is the thread that weaves everything together—how we rest, work, connect, and care for ourselves each day.

I explore ways to bring more balance, mindfulness, and calm into daily life to support the nervous system and create long-term resilience and wellbeing.

I also facilitate corporate and group events including workshops, short courses and retreats.
